Please take note that by visiting our website and purchasing from us, you are accepting our Terms & Conditions as stated here. 
Dovey Lovey reserve the right to ammend the following Terms & Conditions from time to time.


All images and content on this website are copyrighted and should not be copied, reproduced, plagiarized in any way.


Merchandise are sold on a first come first serve basis, no reservtions allowed and are subject to availability. Once payment has been made, goods have to be collected within a time frame of 1 week. 


All prices stated in our website are in Malaysian Ringgit, MYR. All payments have to be made in Malaysian Ringgit, MYR.


Upfront payment in full is required for restock orders. Orders will be processed once we have received the payment. In the event that the specified order item is out of stock, a full refund will be made.


All items that are purchased of our website are considered final and Dovey Lovey do not accept any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of faulty goods or wrong orders received. 


We put in extra effort to display to colour of our merchandise as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to different monitor settings and lightings, the true colours of the actual merchandise may differ slightly.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Domestic orders and international are processed and shipped within 3 working days, excluding weekends & public holidays. Domestic orders are shipped within Malaysia via Poslaju with a delivery time frame of 1-3 working days. International orders are shipped via EMS and please refer to the chart below for the delivery time frame.


Cash On Delivery services are available at a minimal fee, depending on the location and timing.


**Pos ekspress services are no longer available due to new rules & regulations by the post office. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

PAYMENT METHOD

We currently accept 2 methods of payment:

Bank Transfer

Via Maybank2u, ATM & Cash Deposit 
Please inform us when you have made the payment along with your original receipt/proof of payment. Without the proof, orders will not be processed.


Paypal

Customers will be able to pay through paypal. Paypal charges a receiving fees of 3.9%+RM2 to the receiver. This fee will be charged to the buyer.
